You must provide 2 types of game information when you have any inquiries about the game.
1) In-game Username
2) A screenshot that can confirm the username for us to confirm your game information
The username is Platform Profile Name#### (random 4-digit number).
You can check your account name by:
- Logging in to the game and checking the top right of the character lobby
- Going to the Game Menu (Esc) and checking the top right part of the screen.
Please note that if these 2 items are not included, it will be challenging to answer your inquiry quickly.
