You can report griefers in the game by using the in-game Report function.
To report a user, click View User Info and then click the Report icon as shown below.
You can view the User Info of a character you wish to report by pressing T while in their proximity,
by clicking the character's name in the chat, or by clicking Inventory (I) > Social > Users List.
