Q. When will new benefits be available?
A. New benefits will be dropped with each episode update. When a new episode launches, you can visit the in-game Shop to claim the latest benefits and check out newly available items.
Q. Do benefits vary by Xbox Game Pass subscription tier?
A. No. All Xbox Game Pass subscribers, regardless of subscription tier, are eligible to receive the in-game benefits.
Q. Are the benefits obtained through in-game benefits permanently?
A. Yes. Once claimed, the benefits are yours permanently. Any items received and collected from your mailbox can be kept indefinitely.
However, please note that if your Xbox Game Pass subscription ends, you will no longer be able to claim benefits from future episodes.
Q. Can I use these reward items on other platforms?
A. No. Cosmetic items obtained through Xbox Game Pass in-game benefits—such as paints, attachments, and skins—are only visible and usable on the Xbox game account used to participate in the In Game Pass benefits program.
